Helpful tips for finding Hotels and Accommodation in Torremolinos.Consider transport and access during your visit to Malaga Drilling School. As the Malaga Drilling School is very centrally located in the heart of the town, it is prudent for drilling students to consider whether they have a preference for fast easy access to the rig school… and the sights and sounds of the town, which vary considerably according to the time of the year or favour a quieter, more relaxed environment to stay at during Well Control training. Delegates should also take into account whether they plan to hire a car, rely on public transport, or simply travel by foot when considering the location of their accommodation. Many of the hotels and resorts provide a transfer service to and from Malaga airport. Torremolinos beach and its hotels is only a short walk from Malaga Drilling school, but be advised that there is a flight of steps down to the beachfront from the town centre, which can be quite a challenge to negotiate on your return trip! There are other flatter access points to the beach on the outskirts of the town and we recommend taking a taxi to initially assess distance before setting off on foot. Accommodation during Well Control courses.Next to decide is what kind of accommodation is most suitable for your needs and those of your party if you are not travelling alone. Are you looking for B&B hotel accommodation or full board, luxury accommodation or a discount reservation? If you are bringing family with you while you study at Malaga Drilling School, then perhaps choosing a resort hotel in the area would be a good option as your family can relax and enjoy the entertainment and facilities on offer while you take classes and sit your well control exams. For drilling delegates with younger families, perhaps a private villa with its own gardens and swimming pool would be more relaxing. There is a diverse choice of well equipped, self catering apartments available in the area, offering all the comforts of home at very competitive prices. Quality accommodation is available on the Costa del Sol for extremely competitive prices in comparison to the rest of Europe. For example a typical 4 star hotel in Aberdeen costs an average of 120 pounds sterling per night. For outstanding value for money, accommodation in Malaga offers you much more for much less. Travelling to Malaga Off Season or High Season?Be sure to consider the time of year that you will be taking your course at Malaga Drilling School. Accommodation prices during off season (October - March) can be considerably lower than high season (April - September) and allow you to enjoy more for your money in the line of luxury accommodation, but the activities and entertainment on offer in certain areas and hotels may well be reduced during winter months. Well Control training at Malaga Drilling School is a 5 day long relatively intensive course and most rig students will find it beneficial to have a quiet place to absorb the day’s studies after classes. |
