IADC WELLSHARP VIRTUAL CLASSROOM TRAINING
NOTE that Malaga Drilling School is currently open and offering presential courses.
Malaga Drilling School has been awarded accreditation to deliver IADC WellSharp virtual classroom training with live instruction. A new distance learning option - WellSharp Live. This remote instruction is live and instructor-led, and has been designed to maintain the same quality and integrity for which Malaga Drilling School and IADC is known, offering an interactive learning environment and real-time quality monitoring throughout the course, simulator training and assessment, as well as course assessment proctoring. This remote learning option is a temporary solution; normal, in-person classes will resume as the only delivery option for WellSharp once normal conditions return, when the COVID-19 situation eases.
Trainees holding certificates that expire on or before 31st March 2021 and first-time trainees, not previously holding a WellSharp certificate, are now eligible to attend a WellSharp Live class.
Our digital platform facilitates Instructor-led teaching with live presentations, interactive breakout sessions on whiteboards, virtual team activities, and online assessments and quizzes, all from the safety & comfort of your own work-space. All candidates will be fully supported by the team at Malaga Drilling School for any questions or queries throughout the training.
Our virtual training courses are now available and run Monday to Friday. Course will include instructor led class, full simulator training, online practical assessment and the knowledge assessment online.
Virtual classroom requires minimal IT requirements – a laptop / desktop / tablet with speakers and microphone or headset (recommended). A webcam, and an internet connection (with 10Mbps up/down-load speeds). Note that smartphones are not permitted.
Operative system: Windows 7, 8 or 10. Mac OS X 10.10 or above.
