Overview:
 
The Well Control Level 2 (Introductory) course is recommended for “all members of the Wellsite Operations Team working in roles which may directly contribute to the creation, detection or control of a well influx” (OGP Report 476, p.9).
 
Objective:
 
Candidates will gain a comprehensive knowledge of Well Control theory and learn how to apply this knowledge to most of the well control situations.
 
Successful completion of the course and examination will result in IWCF Well Control Level 2 certification (valid for five years).
 
NOTE: that once Level 2 is completed (Thursdays) there is a period of 10 days minimum waiting period to be able to book the candidate on the following Level 3 course.
