About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Well Control Instructor to join our team at MDS Academy in Málaga, Spain. In this role you will deliver high-quality well control and drilling training based on internationally recognised standards, including IWCF and/or IADC. You will work closely with a team of industry professionals to support both face-to-face and virtual training delivery for our well control courses, helping candidates achieve competence and certification.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas drilling industry (required).
IWCF Level 4 Well Control certificate completed within the last 5 years (highly desirable).
Previous accreditation as an IWCF Instructor (highly valuable).
Significant experience as an instructor or trainer in well control, drilling, or related technical training(highly valuable)
Strong ability to teach and assess technical knowledge to professional candidates.
Fully fluent in English
Fluent in any other languages "Spanish" "French" "Danish" "Norwegian" (highly valuable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
