Joining Instructions: Face-to-Face & Virtual Courses
Required Prior to Course Commencement
All candidates must complete the online Candidate Form no later than one week before the course start date.
Arrival / Access Information
For Face-to-Face Courses (Malaga, Copenhagen, California, Perth):

Arrival Time: Report to the training center's reception by 08:30 AM (local time) on the first morning.

Start Time: Classes begin at 09:00 AM (local time).
For Virtual Courses:

You will receive Zoom invitations via email before the course begins.

Each day, log into the CAT system, open your calendar, and click JOIN to enter your session.

Sessions begin once the instructor has joined.
Travel & Access Information
Face-to-Face Courses:

Arrange transportation to the designated training center.

Local travel options (taxis, public transit) are generally available.

Virtual Courses:

Ensure a reliable broadband internet connection (minimum 2Mbps upload/download).

You’ll need:

A computer or tablet with speakers, microphone, webcam

A smartphone or tablet as a secondary device

If using a company computer, ensure no firewalls or security restrictions block Zoom.
Pre-Course Essentials
All candidates should have:

A non-programmable calculator

Scrap paper, pen, pencil, eraser, and ruler

Course Materials: Continuous Adaptive Training (CAT)

Course materials are accessed through the CAT system.

New users will receive an email to set up their account.

Returning users may use existing login credentials.
-
A tablet will be provided during face-to-face courses, which may be used offsite for homework. Tablets must be returned before final assessments.

Bringing your own laptop or tablet is recommended for easier access.

Optional: View pre-course training material subscriptions.
Food & Refreshments
Face-to-Face Courses Only:

Tea, coffee, and light refreshments will be provided.

Lunch availability varies by location—please check with your training center.
Virtual Courses:

Assessments (All Courses)

Candidates should register and verify access to the VICTVS V3 App using their Candidate ID/CR number.

Ensure your session appears correctly in the app the day before assessments.

Course Completion & Departure
Face-to-Face Courses:

Courses conclude between 1:00 – 3:00 PM on the final day.
-
Plan onward travel accordingly, leaving sufficient time to reach the airport if flying.
Virtual Courses:

You will be informed of session end times and assessment scheduling in advance.
